1How it works
Any Mola account holder may join. You receive a personal link and code. Shoppers who use them receive the shopper discount shown in your dashboard, and you earn a commission on what they pay for products, after discounts and excluding shipping and taxes: the first-order rate shown in your dashboard on a customer’s first completed purchase with us, and the repeat-order rate shown in your dashboard on that customer’s later orders. A shopper who has purchased from us before is not a new customer, so orders from them earn the repeat-order rate.
An order is credited to you if the shopper uses your code, or clicks your link and orders within 30 days, unless they use another affiliate’s code. After that, the customer stays linked to you and their later orders are credited to you even without your link or code, unless they use another affiliate’s code or your account is paused or ended. You do not earn on your own orders or orders placed for you.
2Payment
Commissions become payable 30 days after the order, so that refunds, cancellations and chargebacks can be accounted for. Commissions on orders that are refunded, cancelled or charged back are removed. We pay ready commissions by the method you choose (PayPal, Zelle, Venmo or check). You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings and may be asked for a W-9 before payment.
3Research use only: what you may say
All Mola products are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research. You may describe Mola’s product range, purity testing, certificates of analysis, shipping and prices.
4What you must never do
- Describe any product as a drug, medicine, treatment, supplement or anything for human or animal use, or suggest personal use, dosing, injection or "protocols".
- Make any health, medical, weight-loss, muscle, recovery, anti-aging, cognitive or performance claim, or use before-and-after images.
- Compare any product to, or name it alongside, an approved medicine or a pharmaceutical company (for example Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Novo Nordisk or Eli Lilly).
- Target or promote to anyone under 21, or post in groups or channels focused on personal use of peptides.
- Bid on "Mola" or "buymola" in search ads, register look-alike domains or social accounts, or pretend to be Mola.
- Send spam, use fake reviews, use coupon or cashback sites, or place orders through your own link.
5Disclosure
Wherever you share your link or code you must clearly disclose that you earn a commission (for example “#ad” or “I earn a commission if you buy through my link”), as required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
6Ending the partnership
Mola may change commission rates, pause or end any affiliate account, and withhold unpaid commissions at any time if these rules are broken or misuse is suspected. Either side may end the partnership at any time; commissions already earned under these rules will still be paid. Affiliates are independent and are not employees, agents or representatives of Mola.
