1Research use only
All products sold by Mola ("we", "us") are sold strictly and exclusively for in vitro research, laboratory experimentation and analytical use by qualified professionals. "In vitro" means in glass, test tubes or other laboratory equipment, outside of any living organism.
Products are NOT for human consumption or use in humans of any kind. Products are NOT for veterinary use or use in any animal. Products must not be injected, ingested, inhaled, applied to skin, implanted or introduced into any human or animal body by any route.
2What our products are not
- They are not drugs, medicines, prescription products, compounded medications, biologics, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices.
- They have not been evaluated, approved, licensed or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority for any purpose.
- They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition, or to affect the structure or any function of the body.
- They are not generic versions, copies, biosimilars or substitutes of any FDA-approved drug, and are not manufactured under drug current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) for human use.
- They are not sterile pharmaceutical preparations and are not labeled, packaged or intended for administration.
3No medical, dosing or usage information
Mola does not provide, and will never provide, dosing, administration, reconstitution-for-administration, injection, cycling, "protocol", stacking, side-effect or any other guidance relating to use in humans or animals. Nothing on this website, in our emails, on our labels or from our staff is medical advice.
Any scientific descriptions on this website summarize published laboratory literature for reference only. They are not claims about what any product does in a person or animal, and they are not a recommendation for any use.
If you contact us with questions about use in humans or animals, we will not answer them, and we may cancel your orders and close your account.
4Who may buy
You may only purchase if you are at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher purchasing on behalf of, or for use in, a legitimate research setting with appropriate facilities, training and safety procedures. At checkout and sign-up you must confirm this in writing. Making that confirmation falsely is a breach of our Terms of Service and may be unlawful.
5Purchaser responsibility
You alone are responsible for the lawful receipt, handling, storage, use and disposal of products, for complying with all federal, state and local laws and institutional rules that apply to your research, and for obtaining any permits, licenses, approvals or rights your research requires.
Mola makes no representation that any product, or any use of it, is free from patents or other intellectual property rights of third parties. Determining whether your research is permitted under any third party's rights is your responsibility.
6Our right to refuse
Mola may refuse, cancel or stop any order, close any account and permanently ban any person, at any time and for any reason, including where we believe in good faith that a product may be used in humans or animals, resold, relabeled, or used outside a legitimate research setting. Where required or appropriate, we may report suspected misuse to the relevant authorities.
