1You may not
- Use, or allow anyone to use, any product in or on a human being, including yourself, or in any animal.
- Buy for personal use, for a patient, client, friend, family member or any other individual.
- Resell, relabel, repackage, divide, compound, re-bottle or distribute any product, or present any product as a drug, medication, supplement or treatment.
- Supply products to, or buy on behalf of, any clinic, medical practice, med spa, wellness or weight-loss business, telehealth service, pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, gym, coach or any other business that provides products or services to people.
- Advertise, describe or promote any product, anywhere, as having any effect in humans or animals, or as equivalent to or a substitute for any approved medicine.
- Use the name of any approved medicine or its manufacturer in connection with any product you buy from us.
- Provide false information during verification, sign-up or checkout, or use another person's identity or payment method.
- Ask our staff for, or publish in connection with our products, any dosing, administration or human-use information.
- Use products for any unlawful purpose, or ship or carry them anywhere their possession or use is prohibited.
- Scrape, copy or republish this website's content, interfere with its security, or use it to send spam or malware.
2What happens if you break these rules
We will cancel open orders, close your account and permanently refuse future orders from you and anyone associated with you. Orders that have not shipped will be refunded to the original payment method; orders already delivered will not be refunded. We may report suspected misuse to the relevant authorities and will cooperate with any lawful investigation. You will be responsible for any losses and claims that result, as set out in the indemnification section of our Terms of Service.
